Finishing Up 2010
As 2010 comes to a close, it is with much joy that I look back on the year. It’s always hard to look back over some period of time and think about what you’ve actually done. When I started this year, I declared it to be the “Me” year, my opportunity to rediscover and improve myself. The ring I bought last year is still on my finger and is still a vibrant reminder to stay true to myself. And I have. I’ve redone my wardrobe, improved my look, exude more confidence than ever… and that’s just on the outside. Inside, I feel very happy with myself, my life and where things are heading for me. I did a lot of studying of my beloved Japanese and took the Japanese Language Proficiency Test again, which I’m certain I passed. I travelled to St. Lucia and met some family for the first time. Then there’s the homage trip to Aruba with my mom, which was a wonderful outing.
In short, life is good. It was good because I made it so. I believed in what I wanted to do and did what I needed to get there. That approach works very well!
So now, my friends, I’m on the fast track to getting a lot done in 2011. I’m eternally grateful for the love and support of my friends and family, and I look forward to a whole lot more.
Peace, love, prosperity and joy to you all.
