Being An Awesome Admin
Everyone’s got to start somewhere and over the course of my work experience, the administrative staff really is the crew running any business. Executives bring in the business – admins keep it running smoothly. And by admins, I don’t mean just secretaries or receptionists. Administrative staff is anyone acting in a supporting role; that can be customer service to office management.
As a result, I ended up writing this short article on “How To Be A Great Administrative Assistant” about a year ago. I am well overdue in putting this out into the world. The concepts apply across broad industries and has to do more with frame of mind. I hope you get something out of it.
